Having trouble changing a letter in logo from lowercase to uppercase

I had a logo made for me awhile back. I just now realized the
first letter of the logo is in lowercase when it should be upper.
I tried to fix this myself in Photoshop 8 but can't figure out how
this logo was done. If anyone can change the first letter of the
logo, which is a lowercase "c" to uppercase "C", I would greatly
appreciate it. I have attached the psd file.
