Specific Hand/Fingers & Background

My boyfriend surprised me Saturday with an engagement at our spring photos, unfortunately Mother Nature surprised us with a thunderstorm. Any hope to maybe elongate & thin my fingers/hand, clear up the ring so it doesn’t look like a glob and brighten the background? So greatly appreciated!

Would you mind a tad smaller? The color and detail to the ring is so incredible!! If you can’t make the finger slightly thinner, don’t worry about it, but if possible I would so greatly appreciate it!!!

When you say "a tad smaller", does that mean the whole hand?
When you say "make the finger slightly thinner", does that mean all the fingers, or just the ring finger?
