Say CHEEEEZE!
Hi, everyone. My name's Jeff and I'm a photoholic.
Been 'playing' with a camera since I was a kid and dove right in again a couple years ago after not taking it too seriously for awhile. Now, almost three years later, I've spent 'way too much' as we all have on gear and classes and workshops and...
...now I'm starting to charge for my work and my prints so starting to branch out into communities like this for more learning about the software I use to 'make my pictures pretty'.
I'm on Team Nikon (through nepotism; I admired a former co-worker's D50 and when he upgraded, he sold to me), shooting a D90 with D50 backup, several kit lenses and a 35mm prime (I just personally don't 'get' the 50 and prefer the little bit more wide angle of the 35 for my style). Knowing now that glass makes the image that goes on your 82bagillio-pixel sensor, beginning to 'save up'.
Here to learn and also hope to be able to PROVIDE input to some. I know my way around the software a bit as a user but am far from a 'Guru' at this point.
