Hi, All!
I'm Su, single, retired and happy that way. LOL I'm also a mom and granny, both roles I adore. Of all my hats I wear, my artist hat is my favorite. I can spend hours, days, even weeks, working on a piece I am really into.
I found Photoshop several years ago and haven't looked back. I love that program! While learning it, I started doing digital scrapbooking. A year or so of that and I found myself back at art again. I still do scrappin', but, I also belong to a couple of groups where we do photo-manipulations. I like doing the tuts that one can find all over the web. They have been a great learning tool for me.
I look forward to what may be here! I wouldn't consider myself a beginner at Photoshop, but, I am certainly not a 'guru'. Not yet, anyway. LOL
Thank you,
Su

Welcome, I just dropped a bro at the Airport he's heading to the sunshine state.

Thank you, guys! Steve, I'm in that Gator town. I grew up here!

iDad, your brother sure picked a gorgeous day to come. It is in the 70's, with a gentle breeze blowing out of the south. Ahhhhh.... LOL The only umbrellas we have out today are those paper ones! LOL

There is a wealth of information on this forum! I can't read enough!

Welcome to the brew SU! We are our own worst critic, I'm sure your as good as any one of us. I say if ya know the answer to the question, then please do help out. The more the merrier.

Thank you, Terry. I can take it. I'm a laid back ol' chick. LOL To me, criticism is how I know I could do better. The sharing of knowledge is how I've learned what I know at this point. So, if I think I can add something beneficial to the pot, I will sure try. Thanks for the heads up.

I'm enjoying myself. LOL I can talk/post about Photoshop for hours on end! I'm taking it all in. I even tried some of the images effects folks have asked about, like the HDR Birmingham scenes. I played with that one for a long time last night. I didn't get the same results, but, found a nice effect for an existing image of mine.
