If you're looking for a great site to learn how to use Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Dreamweaver and Bridge, Swotster has great and easy to use online tutorials that are awesome for beginner and intermediate users. I just worked my way through the Dreamweaver ones since I'm starting to learn html. I found them very useful. They also provide step by step images that help follow the online courses.
