Okay I'm on a model making project.
I'm planning to use photoshop for my base (It's a model airport) and want it to look super photorealistic (almost as if it came from Google Earth ) (I can't use GE though cause it's a completely custom design)

Now, this is what I have on photoshop at the moment (it is merely a redrawn plan from what I hand drew and scanned in)

For my finished result, I want it to look something like these:

This one is more of the "photorealism" I'm after but not quite this type of design

But this one is more of the design (ie the apron, I don't want the tiled look apart from maybe a small area, I want mainly the tarmac/bitumen/concrete look) but this isn't quite as photorealistic...

This design here is also similar to my style (except the tiling), and the screenshot shows the guy did it on illustrator and then mentioned he touched it up on photoshop...

Any help with this would be great.
I'm not too sure if this should be in the newbie forum but I only have a basic knowledge of photoshop that revolves around editing photos mainly.

So where do I go from my simple outlines?

Thanks,

Tail number: I have fiddled with the beginning, 3-5% of Pshp for a long time (I am still a newbie) but, from my perspective, your goal looks like someone's final folio entry upon graduation from Art Center College. You may need to hire (or become) someone with a few semesters of Maya. Big job.
