From Google Chrome's TERMS AND CONDITIONS EULA...

8.2 Unless you have agreed otherwise in writing with Google, nothing in the Terms gives you a right to use any of Google’s trade names, trade marks, service marks, logos, domain names and other distinctive brand features.
 
what kind of logo do you want exactly maybe you can come up with a logo of your own. maybe make a random sketch and we can take it form there.
 
we cant be seen copying copyright material however it is very easy to trace it using the pen tool I just did it
 
yep consists of 4 layers dead simple to do if you have minimal knowledge of how to use the pen tool.

Feijao, consider it an inspiration, a starting point for your own creativity. Nothing wrong with imitating art or artist; it is the "greatest form of flattery." But you needn't get into this kind of borderline usage, especially if you are an artist. It will stifle your creativity. And if you're not an artist, it is a matter of self-respect.

I may give this a try for you, just to see if I can get some inspiration from Chrome!
 
OK, so here's an idea I had while flipping the pen tool around.

Oops, needs a little fix here and there but you get the idea. And you probably want more simple. But this is just to demonstrate how you can take an idea and make it yours.
