Hi All,
I have a customer who has a logo created in GIMP. They sent me the logo on a white background in .jpg format. The website design will have the logo on a black gradient background, thus I need to remove the white background from the logo. My attempts so far have left me with jagged edges. Customer said they have the .xcf source file with layers. Is there anyway to import those layers into Photoshop so that I can work with the file with a transparent background (other than installing GIMP on my machine)?
Thanks,
ginger
