You're almost there.... if you could delete the moving areas in the hair frames and retain the still you used as its background. Isolating the hair clean and perfectly is the hardest part.

You may have to retouch / paint in hair to match.

Take the latest Superman movie... the flowing cape is computed-generated graphics , added to the actor into the scene .
