Hi guys...I was using a shape tool to draw something but I cancelled it. Now the shape is still there, like a ghost layer. What can I do to take this off?

Could you please add a screenshot, if still available?
If not, try to press esc a couple of times.

You could save your project as a PSD, close PS and start up again and see if the ghosting is still present.

Disable all layers one at the time to see which one is causing the ghosting.

I did that too. Thank you Eggy...I guess I´ll open a new file and try to export group by group to see what happens. ;)

Ah well, sorry I couldn't help, but we're talking about Adobe Photoshop and sometimes it works in mysterious ways...

Your ghost arrow has a white outline and is probably on the same layer together with some image part or text.

Make a rough selection around the ghost arrow.
Then press the 'delete' key layer by layer.
It should be possible to locate the faulty layer like that.
