Getting rid of Creative Cloud

Can you tell me what Creative Cloud is? I seem to have picked up a trial version and have no idea when the trial ends. It is annoying with its constant update notifications and I don't think I need it. I have Adobe Web Design and Web Premium CS6 installed, but don't think they have anything to do with CC. I tried to uninstall CC but couldn't, getting the message I've attached. Any help is much appreciated.CC.JPG

Ok, but do I need it for the CS6 package I have? I think I downloaded it afterwards to try out other programs. I don't think CS6 is cloud-based, and if CC is a trial version, why would I need it?

You do not need Creative Cloud to run CS6. CS6 was the last version of Photoshop that you could purchase and permanently own. Adobe stopped selling CS6 a couple of years ago and now offers Photoshop only as a Creative Cloud monthly subscription.
