Specific General enhancements

Hi guys,

I was wondering if someone can just make some general improvements to this picture, mostly around brightness and colours.
I'll leave it up to you!

P.S. : If you want to get rid of the yellow hair I don't mind, completely up to you! I'd like to see versions with and without it to see which looks nicer.

Color isn't my greatest strength but here's my try at it - adjusted color, brightness, and sharpened up a bit. Got rid of the distractions of the cars, and the street lines. Also a small bit on the right.
The hair looks fine.
