Is there anything in the settings within Ps to make these fit smaller to the screen so I can see what i'm doing?

If anyone is having the same problem as I was having, then try these few steps.

Edit > Preferences > Interface

Go to your UI Scaling.

And set accordingly. In my case it was set to Auto. I changed to 100%, restarted Photoshop and the problem was resolved.

Sorry, wrongly assumed that you had the scaling set to 100% form the start. Thought you were trying to go smaller.
 
On my first image the fx box was to big for my screen. And unable to see what I was doing without moving it around.
Until the UI Scailing was adjusted. Hopefully this might help others if ther run into this problem.
