full back shadow letters

I can do drop shadows and shadow effects but how can I do letters with filled back shadows using photoshop 7

Actually, to upload a picture, you can do it at any time. But spamming your own post is acceptable I guess! All you ever had to do was go to the toolbox on the reply window or the original post window and click the square image icon for an upload. 5 posts are required ONLY to post a link.

You can do it in 7, but you will have to make it manually since there is no 3D function in that version.
