"Frozen" Text Effect (Disney's Frozen)

Today's tutorial will teach you how to create a text effect that's similar to Disney's "Frozen" text, using Layer Styles, and a texture. As the font used by Disney is probably custom created, I'm not able to reproduce the font, itself.
