From smooth to hairy man

Who has some easy to use tools/tips to make a smooth man on the photo look really hairy (body hair, chest hair, beard)? All suggestions and help are welcome!

I suggest using a custom hair brush.

You can modify a brush similar to the one in this tutorial.

Thanks. I will have a look. Never did this before. The tutorial is not for body hair, but it probably will do. Has anybody experience with this? Examples? Do exist ready to use chest hair pictures to paste in an other picture?
