From Blah to no so Blah-a colorization

I used PS for most all except some help from Professional Portrait 11 on the hair. I used Topaz Adjust finishing touches for the border and vignette. Comments welcome. View attachment 27595

May I be so bold....... I think I would try Diffuse filter, you may get more defined features.
