Specific Frog picture help

This has bugged me for years. The nose of the frog is blurry. Could anyone unblurry the image? I would be forever grateful!

if you want the exact same pattern from the original it would be almost impossible to do.

Using a similar frog picture ( if found) I think it's possible to make it look good, but as I said not precisely what this frog was.
