Free Photoshop?

Hello guys! I need your help! A couple of days ago I took a picture of my girlfriend! It's really awesome, but there one problem with it. The edge of my finger is the bottom of the picture, so it doesn't look that nice...
Moreover, I would like to ask you to remove my girlfriend's glasses, if you can, because my girlfriend doesn't really like wearing glasses!
Finally, could someone remove that pink stripe on her cleavage?
As the title says, I am looking for a volunteer...

P.S. If you willing to help, but you don't want to do everything that I just asked, do only one thing, then upload the picture and let someone else to continue the improvement.

Right so here's what I've done so far. I've rebuilt the area your finger was from other parts of the image and also removed the pink strip from her chest. I'm still trying to think how to remove the glasses. Is there any chance you could take another image using similar pose and light levels?

Yeah whenever man. Just I forgot to mention could take the other image using similar pose and light levels, without the glasses...just to clarify.

Must of been look at something other than where the cursor was when doing the cleavage, as the healing tool has bled the blue from the top into the skin in a couple of places.

I used the clone tool then went to an online paint site and used blur tool to smooth it out. Open for anyone to change.

Good job on the eyes Amanda. The color on the face is a little harsh. I tried it myself and I have lots of critique for me, but it's bedtime. IamLegion is sure right about having a photo to use for reconstruction. Of course we knew that, lol.

I could, but I took the picture by using a camera of a friend of mine. My camera is not that good, so the pic would look kind of...bad.
