Free photoshop help? (Flash in mirror)

Hi i need to get this photo of me and my friends fixed ASAP as i want it to be part of a collage im making for my friends Birthday. It really is important to me aswell as the girl im with is a babe and i didn't get many pictures with her before i got really drunk and messed it up If its unfixable i understand, but thanks in advance anyway

Gonna be a tough one. But if you can supply the blanked out picture by giving us another decent portrait it should be fairly easy to do for you. Please try to find one you can post. Then if a member is in the mood or wants practice, you should get some response.

I have long hair and a beard now so i can't just take a picture, hopefully this will suffice again thanks in advance to whoever helps in any way

Sorry George and Auntie C....I must of lost my CSI plug in filter set, I can't do a thing with that second image, and to get things close was a bear, and I think its poor at best.
George....give us a sharp, clean , larger image...not from a phone ?? I spent enough time to get here....the flash burned a white hole in that image...nothing left
