Free Photoshop Edit request

Hi folks,

I had someone take a pic a few weeks back with an Iphone and it didn't turn out all that well. I know absolutely nothing about Photoshop so I'm looking for some help. Basically, I'm looking to eliminate the amount of bright light and bring more clarity and color to the picture. Thank you for your help.

Unfortunately this is a very bad picture, not only from exposure point of view, but it was also focused on the background. This is more about total repainting if somebody is willing to do it.

The only bits of colour in the image are shown in the picture I have posted, so there is no detail to improve.

It would be total guess work!

A "professional editing service" would have as much to work with as anyone here. What Spruce and Peta are saying is that you can't"bring back" what isn't there. You would need reference to paint in the missing parts on the figures or maybe a replacement, the background would need totally replacing, and what you want takes time and skill and wouldn't come cheap.
I have done complete paint overs and might be able to do something with your photo, you just need to decide if you want to pay to have it done.

(And for the mods, I know your not supposed to ask for money if something is requested for free, but the OP himself suggested having it done professionally.)
