Okay so not sure how to clearly explain this, but I'll go ahead anyway..

I'm trying to insert a picture into Frame 7 in the custom shapes, this shape is not like the heart shape where its easier to actually see the picture. I know how to insert a picture into the heart shape but not the other shapes such as frame 7 which is also a default shape in Photoshop CS6. Hopefully someone can help me out though.

I hope i made enough sense.. Thank you !

Okay guys enough with the soap LOL!
I really need help cuz I'm trying to figure out how to insert images into custom shapes like that squiggly custom shape IamSam posted..

OK, here's my way to do it, mind you, there may be other ways!

Open your image in Photoshop and duplicate. Turn off the original layer.
Highlight the original image layer and click the add layer icon. (should be between the original and duplicate)
Fill this layer with white.

Highlight the duplicate of the original. Now select your Custom Shape Tool and the Frame 7. Add a frame to the image of your size and liking. You can use the spacebar to move your frame when creating. I also moved my image down a little with the Move Tool.

Next, Highlight the duplicate layer (girl), then use the Polygonal Lasso Tool to create a selection inside the boundary of the frame.

Hit Command + I, then hit delete. Hit Command + D to deselect. Should look like this...

I then Highlighted and doubled clicked the frame layer which opens a layer style. I added a bevel and emboss...
