I have an image, which is a forklift license. My name and exp. date is all that's on the card.

Please respond, if someone could help me out in changing the dates.

"forklift license" ...... I'm not a guru but changing text is usually quite simple. However, I think I'll pass. Sounds illegal.
 
It's fine and not illegle.

The reason the card expires is just for a "refreash" course.
