Specific Font identification PNG file

Hi Guys,

trying to identify both of the fonts used on this logo, google tells me photoshop is the way forward?

Hoping someone can help and it doesn't take too much time!?

Thanks, perhaps I should have mentioned I had found a site that picked up the foreground font but that gave me loads of "matches", so many thanks to the previous reply. It would then seem to match the background font I need photoshop to separate the layers of the image if possible? That's mainly why I am here, I don't have access to Photoshop and I have got as far as Google could get me
