flooring

I am trying to create some flooring for a photoshop project that I am working. I have created a pattern that I will use on the floor, but what I have been unable to do is create a plane with a vanishing horizon line that I can apply the pattern too to complete my flooring. So if someone could give me some help with this.

It works very well. No time to look for tutorials for you but look up lens correction tutorials for photoshop.ton out there....... or someone may have one for you here, Good luck
