flashing image

i like the way some images posted flash between the tweaks that have been done , it gives you a good look at before and after

how is this done?

It's simple frame animation.

You have your two different images, turn off the top layer. Open timeline. Select create frame animation. Add a new frame (from timeline panel), then turn on the top layer in your layers panel. Adjust the time delay to your liking (Timeline Panel). Set the looping option to forever (Timeline Panel). Save for the web. Select GIF.

Sam i nearly went with the animated flash frames image, the one with a white panel between two normal and slightly off centre images giving the illusion of tumbling, do you know which ones i mean?
