Specific Fixing the left eye

My left eye looks a little squint(tilted). So can please fix my left eye and make it look like it's facing the camera straight.

This is pure optical illusion. Changing the position of your iris would make you look cross-eyed...

To me the problem is that because the position and ilumination, the right eye looks alot bigger than the left. The direction of the look seems fine to me.

Okay can the size of the eyes be made even? Anything you do would be good I know. Just help me fix the eyes a little so that it doesn't look odd.

I just realised all this while I was referring to the wrong eye. My right eye looks weird. Yes too big and doesn't seem to be facing the camera like the left eye. My left eye looks absolutely proper. The right eye has to be fixed since it looks big and in a different direction.

Like I said in my first post, it is pure optical illusion...
Your head is tilted and not facing front in a kind of perspective...and changing the position of the iris would really make you look cross-eyed...
But since you asked, here's an attempt to 'correct'
