Specific Fixing Sleeve and Tie

Hi, would anybody be able to please fix a couple things in this picture?

I am the one on the far right.

First, I’m wondering if it’s possible for my suit jacket sleeve to cover up the white shirt that appears to be too long in the picture.

Second, is it possible to make my tie longer, so that it reaches my belt?
