I cant get this top bar to snap back to where it was. It's floating over my workspace and I cant see the tabs for the images I have open. Can anyone help? Thanks!

Click and hold on the dark thin line furthest left on the bar. Hold it over the menu bar until a blue line appears where you want to put it. Just tried it on mine and it worked fine.
