Fix this old photo?

Sorry if ive not posted in the correct place, im new here. Ive recently started using photoshop to restore an old photo (as a Christmas present for my mum). So far i have done pretty good and learnt a few things and found it quite satisfying!

However, my dad also sent me a few photos and asked if i could do anything to them. The only problem with these is that they quite blurred on the image quality is not the best, so i dont even know if i can do much to them other than just sharpen it up slightly, although so far ive not been able to make the image clear. Is it possible?

It's very difficult to bring back a blurry picture. But there's possibly enough recognizable elements that people can be recognized.
I made my own try and also cleaned up some stray spots on the image.
Nice shot and a great shot to save. This looks to be sometime in the early 70s? I think I might have a few of these in my own time capsule.

And Jeff to answer your question, i would guess its around the early 70s yeah My dad is the guy in the middle standing, quite crazy how much he resembles me and my brothers! haha
