Specific Fix positioning

can someone help me fix the positioning on my photo.

I have tried to adjust the picture but because its a rectangular shape it the background makes it look very very odd.

Is there also any way of changing the background to white?

I think it's not what you want, but i was experimenting and got carried away, maybe too much xd.
