Fix my photo

hello i made some work in photoshop but i have some problems in the finish part as you can see when i open this photo i see all the white lines/dots on it i need it to be perfect it is transparent photo



i would like to hire someone to fix it - need it perfect and fast thanks

Use x16 display in photoshop and use eraser to remove those white pixels. Adjust transparency and size of eraser if necessary.

For x16 display, I mean pressing ctrl and + to get 1600% view.
