Fish Texture

Any ideas how i can best go about creating a texture for a fish, similar to the one i've attached. Thanks.

Well... no one else has given this question a nibble. \:]

I'd say get a photo of a similiarly scaled fish and convert it to a black and white jpg. Then select this texture for your brush in the brush preset settings. Setting your brush at different blend modes will produce a variety of effects.
