Hey everybody. Just stumbled across this website yesterday, and thought it looked interesting. I'm a full-time video and graphics dude for K-State Football (Kansas State University Wildcats, Manhattan KS, EMAW!).
I've been with the team for a few years now. Started as a student assistant in the coaching video department in 2002 while I got my BS in Journalism and Mass Communications (w/ emphasis in Electronic Media). Graduated in 2006 and took a full-time position as Assistant Video Coordinator for the team. Tacked on the Graphic Artist title in 2008.
I'm interested in learning, maybe sharing a few secrets and workflow tips. I'm mostly a photo manipulation guy, only dabbling in actual design. Here's one of my most recent projects:
Quality of the original image leaves something to be desired... but it's just a little celebration of former K-State Wide Receiver Jordy Nelson taking home the 2011 Lombardi Trophy.
Anyway, thought I'd say hi. I still have to read all the rules and regulations that they sent me. Talk to you all later.
