Fireworks Over Eilean Donan Castle

Took a photo I found of Eilean Donan Castle that was taken during the day. I tried to make as close to night time as I could with out using a filter. Didn't wanna cheat lol. Then took 3 photos of fireworks that a friend shot and put those in there. I think it came out alright.

Interesting hershy. I'd like to see adjacent buildings lit up more, reflecting the light with some glow. To me, the fireworks stick out too much at first glance and though they are certainly the focal point, that much contrast detracts from the rest of the image. You might even consider a secondary light source on the foreground building.

But don't take my critique to mean I don't like it. I really think the reflections on the water turned out great and it's cool that you could incorporate live shots of the fireworks, so to speak. I do like it.

Took your critique clare and made a few changes. Hopefully they are good. I did use some reference photos of fireworks over buildings and based my adjustments off of those.
