Film Strip DOUBLE EXPOSURE

This gentleman actually did this using a film camera; however, I would love to know how to get this same effect from Photoshop for a design scholarship I'm applying for!

Go to Google images, search for: film strip

Remove everything that is not needed and apply a clipping layer that contains your photo.
