Hi,when I select something with the rectangular marquee tool, and when i smoothed it with some pixels, then when I fill I get a fill that isnt really detailed, normally adobe fades automatically a little bit, but I dont have it with this way, how can I make it fade a little bit?

tnx in adv

I have no idea what you just said... [stuned]

Maybe if you could clarify what you need, more details, possibly give some examples? I'm really not sure what you mean by "smoothed", are you refering to actually doing a smooth to the marquee itself? If that is the case, then you generally will lose detail on the selection because of the smoothing. Also you said "normally adobe fades a little bit"... again, not sure what you're talking about here. Are you refering to feathering, or possibly the blurring that occurs during smoothing a marquee selection?

A little clarification might go along way in understanding what you need.

Let me guess..you..took the rounded rectangal tool (U) and draw a figure, then selected that layer, and then was able to fill it, then it smooted the edges a bit, or you can fill the layer with blending options.

hehe. The walls have ears... ;)

Glad you figured it out, still not sure what you wanted, but cheers nonetheless. :)
