Hi I want to make a title like the movie :FAME. I'm new here so I can not post an link. You can search fame in google and you'll find it.

Can someone post a tutorial of an xplanation how it's done?

MOST likely that "Fame" was drawn but I'm sure there must be a font out there close to a match. How is your understanding of layers? Because there are many in that image
 
All sorts of ways to apply that effect to the Title or text you are going to use, but if you get the basics down, you'll beable to figure out which way is best for you. HERE are some tuts to hopefully help you.
