Specific Face Swap #7

Hi, I was wondering if someone would be able to help me do a face swap on the 1st photo of me that was taken at a concert using my face from the 2nd photo? I don't know if this is possible but would appreciate any help! If this cant be done I would even appreciate if my eyes could be opened wider and choker removed in the first photo. It is such an awful photo of me and would really like it to be improved somehow so that I can keep it. Thank you to anyone who is willing to help me out!
