1.open face closeup image.
2.press alt + control + 1 in your keyboard.
( this will select the highlight in your image)
3.press conrol + j
4.go to filter blur/ gaussian blur radius = 4
5.down layer opacity and erase eyes, eyebrows and lips in your image.
