Face Slimming - Photoshop request

Hello everyone.


I have attached a picture where the boy's cheeks are puffed out a little..

its a nice picture, but I'd like to try to shrink a bit the boy's cheeks, and make his face thinner.

Can anyone do this for me?

and By the way, if anyone thinks there is room for more improvements in the picture - please

It's really hard to do much with this image because of all the motion blur, but maybe this might be a bit better.
