Here is my second before/after in a serie;

Comments more then welcome..
 
i would certainly keep the moles and other face marks, hair color too.
you went too far with shadow recovery so the image looks flat, without natural 3D space roundness.
highlighted areas are overexposed so the skin looks greasy.

Wow, that's really good, haha.

I don't know much about this stuff but it seems (to me ofc) that here cheek bones and chin area seem a bit toooo smooth-ish. The color difference on the cheek bone seems a bit...strong?
I don't really know what I'm talking about but, well done! : D
 
the lips area and under looks a little like plastic, you know not real, I'm sorry for the expression but it's the best I could find but the it's beautiful though, I think you should just work on that area
