Extracting a logo from a t-shirt

Hello everyone, this is the first time i've used photoshop and thus i can barely do anything (well at least i can open the program :cheesygrin:)
I have to extract a logo from a t-shirt (a gun and the phrase "cercavo amore", an italian song), but unfortunately i haven't a portrait photo of it. Can you help me with the photos i'm linking? Thanks!
Considering i have to print it back on a shirt, will it look good? =/

Well, i have no idea on how i could do this..It is an attempt to reproduce emma's shirt for my gf, so i've just downloaded photoshop trying to figure out how to extract the logo and print it on a shirt. (Because the singer doesn't sell shirts online but only at concerts)But obviously, since this is the first time ever i've used p.shop, i don't know how to do anything!Thanks a lot for the gun! And if only i knew the font used for the phrase.....
 
Just in the middle of finishing a system format/reinstall but once completed I will give it a go for you. Just been mad busy with things, including trying to nurse a buggered system ending in a system format and reinstall of about 100GB of stuff. Almost there :)

I feel you, I hate this part, that's why I used to pray for my windows in pas (xp era lolz) but thanks to windows 7 and 8 they are pretty much stable..

Normally my system is bullet proof to be honest buddy but it has been hammered with one thing and another lately. All up and running again now which is good. Will have a go at this logo in a bit OP :D
