Illustrator Exterior of house!

Hi everyone,
I am in serious need of help in illustrator. I have designed a house one a front view of the house and a side view of the house and I was wanting to make it look 3D by implementing textures such as wood, and glass. These are the houses below:


How do i then render it and alter it to make it look somewhat like this:


I have watched various amounts of tutorial videos and I am still having trouble.

Unfortunately answering your question would like answering "tell me how to fly a jet plane". By that I mean there are many methods that can be used and the when and how of it is dependent on the end result each area requires. Suffice it to say, you need to learn about using gradients, gradient meshes, textures, brushes, fills, strokes, transparency, masks, etc., etc.
