Illustrator export with transparency

Hi,

I have a set of artwork in illustrator and I want to export all with support to transparency and shadows. but the problem I got white around the shadows when I try to export to psd or png24.

Thanks I found a solution. the shadow was made black to white gradient so I change it to black to black with modifying the opacity.
