Hi all!!
I am looking for a script exactly like the 'Export layers to files' that comes with photoshop, BUT each layer that is exported will include all previous layers that are underneath it. As if i had gone through a list of hidden layers starting from the background, revealing each, stamping visible, and saving as a jpeg, ie a progressive stack of all the layers.
I am trying to make an animation that works exactly as if you were progressively showing hidden layers starting from the bottom of the list, each layer as a frame, except they are mostly transparent thus build onto each other. Perhaps there is an easy way to do this?
Another way i could do it is include a different script into the action that i use to create all of these layers in the first place. Is there a script for an incremental/sequential save as? ie a script that will save the image as a jpeg (thus flattening all the layers and achieving the 'stacking' i wanted), and also save each file in a sequential filename order (ie filename_1, filename_2, etc). As you know, i could check the 'user input' box next to the 'save' in the action, but then i would have to manually enter 1, 2, 3, 4 etc for thousands of layers!
Any help greatly appreciated!
