Don't know whom it is that created this image. My buddy found it on a board he frequents. Someone else posted it and no credits or info were given.

If anyone knows who did this please enlighten us. :D

If noone knows, then let's hope the word gets out and the creator find his/her way here. :righton:

Interesting isn't it?
It's called "recursive_asl".

That's pretty cool. I wonder if it was serendipidous or planned.

As an admirer of M.C.E., I could suspect that is where the inspiration for that piece comes form. It is completely original (to me), cleverly thought out and very well executed.

Wonderful! :} (If only he'd gotten rid of the pincushion distortion on the sides...picky picky.)

Ya i noticed that too Welles. But given how it adds to the effect of the image, i'm wondering if it wasn't either intentional, or intentionally left in. \:]

I'll bet you're right about that as the image is done by someone very skilled.

Well one of the real reasons i thought of that Welles was because i'm not sure that a camera can create a pincushion effect at such a close range... can it? \:]

I'm not a photographer so i'm only assuming this fact. [shhh] :D

Wow that's a great trick. I can't really see what you mean by "pin cushon effect though. I have no idea who made it either.
Has anyone worked out how it was done yet?

Very interesting. Thanks for posting Mark!
