Error with ps cs4

I got some trouble with my new photoshop and i can't findout why so i hope someone can help me.

all the pics i open i like a grid pattern and unclear and when i start a new one its just a white background with black triangles.
so its kinda annoing since i can't use it then.

perhaps it's just that the OS doesn't work ps cs4 then

Well, I suggest you both contact Adobe or check for an update or something

I had this exact same problem. Turns out it was an issue with my graphics card (Radeon 2600).

Go to Edit > Preferences > Performance

And untick 'Enable OpenGL Drawing'

It worked for me, I hope it does for you
