Enhance license plate

Hi, the black jeep in the picture just stole a package from me, wondering if anyone could enhance the license plate number. Thank you!

Took a try at it anyway - enlarged using Gigapixel and then sharpened. As @IamSam says, there just isn't enough digital information to capture:

Unfortunately, the license plate magic tricks only seem to work on police dramas on tv. Even the Jeep logo is barely recognizable.

You can appeal to the shipper or the vendor who sold it to you the package was stolen. If it was Amazon, you can certainly appeal and be covered under their policies for stolen goods. You can also file claims with shippers like UPS and FedEx. You're not left holding just the bill just yet.

Good luck with this - you may still be able to get your goods or a refund!

BTW - if you used a charge card, they may also offer you a credit!

Thank you so much! Our neighborhood police officer said it might be a buyer's license plate anyways so it probably wouldn't have helped. Oh well. Thank you anyways!
