Specific Enhance image in poorly digitised form (in a PDF) from magazine

Yet again I hope for the near impossible! Can anyone enhance the photograph of filming in the studio shown in attached PDF (second large image) . Happy for black & white image. Trying to write "not for profit" research on founder of British Film Industry who has been overlooked.
